MAW
What changed between meals.
v1.3.1 — Direction arrow polish
- The direction arrow now matches your maw's color.
- Made the arrow 25% larger, moved it a little farther from the maw, and added a gentle slow brightness pulse.
v1.3.0 — Direction arrow
- Added a direction arrow to every player-controlled maw so its current heading is clear.
- The arrow starts on, can be switched with the ▲ control or H, and remembers the choice on this device.
v1.2.1 — Changelog
- The start screen now shows the current version at the bottom.
- Clicking the version opens this release history.
v1.2.0 — Global leaderboard
- Added a global top fifty for each of the six bot appetites.
- Qualifying runs can be named from the game-over screen, then viewed and sorted on the leaderboard.
- Scores are calculated and stored by the server so every player sees the same boards.
v1.1.0 — Safer releases
- Moved Maw to the shared Gameroo release system with health-checked, reversible builds.
- Kept the same public game address while isolating Maw from the other games on the host.
- Added CatMaw, fifteen player colors, six bot appetites, local multiplayer, and pickups.
- Added mouse, keyboard, gamepad, and touch controls with phone-sized portrait and landscape layouts.
- Added hunger, dizzy faces, screen swim, and the closing-in haze.
